33 renowned first-class motorcyclists from 10 countries will guarantee a spectacular racing season in the Marken-Cup that carries the highest prize in the world. With their outstanding skills and uncompromising endeavour the Marken Cup will become a first-rate highlight as the fringe event of the MotoGP events of the 2003 season.

First-class teams from Belgium, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Spain and Germany will be exciting international racing fans in a determined but fair fight for victory. At each race, the field will be studded with additional international stars from the world of motorcycle racing competing on production machines as VIP racing cyclists.

The six German teams are represented the strongest, but when all is said and done, there's only one common goal: to pick up the highest points possible on the racing circuit in hard but fair competition. The BMW Motorrad BoxerCup will be additionally rewarding the overall winners of the season for their efforts with extremely attractive main prizes: The overall winner will receive a BMW M3 Coupé, the rider coming in second will get a Mini Cooper S and a BMW R 1150 RT will be presented to the rider in third position.
