25 years of BMW GS

The BMW enduro celebrates a round birthday: it was 25 years ago that BMW presented the R 80 G/S, the world's first large travel enduro. Since no other BMW model is as closely associated with off-road racing as the GS series, this special not only provides an insight into a quarter century of GS history but also into some eight decades of off-road racing with BMW.
