| The BMW Biker Meeting once again took place in the impressive setting of the southern Bavarian Alps - the perfect touring region for motorcycle riders. The wonderful location in the middle of the spectacular mountain landscape of the Bavarian Alps, the gigantic range of leisure and sports facilities, the tasty dishes of the local cuisine, and not least the rich cultural heritage of the whole region are what make the traditional holiday paradise of Garmisch-Partenkirchen an ideal starting point for adventure-packed voyages of discovery. The venue for the 2003 Biker Meeting was located at the foot of the Zugspitze, directly by the valley station of the famous Hausbergbahn cable car station.
